Rocket Chat expert to install it, teach it, and implement a simple api to it

Dear all, I am seeking for [login to view URL] Rocket Chat expert to install it on my vps, teach it to me how to use it, and implement a simple api to it to allow me integrate it in an iframe in my app, and when a user register on my app, he will auto register on rocket chat.
