I took a backup of my cloud based server following this tutorial
[login to view URL]
So basically I ran this command on my server
tar cvpjf [login to view URL] --exclude=/proc --exclude=/lost+found --exclude=/[login to view URL] --exclude=/mnt --exclude=/sys /
I have now put a fresh wipe of ubuntu onto my home server and downloaded the .tgz backup file that the command created and I want to have it wipe the current drive and install everything from the .tgz backup :)
I want some help doing this successfully
