I need an Unix script that is able to count all the directories, sub directories, and files in a directory path and will output to a file or on the screen.
For Example: I need to find all directories, sub-directories, and files in the below path:
/ifs/data/finance/accounting/credit/payments
or similar like this.
Isilon OneFS is based on Unix (Free BSD). Thsi one script should not take much time to write. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested.
