Hello, If your requirement is just retrieving the record set from sql database, you could simply order the asterisk to invoke AGI script which will utilize the DBI library for the database connectivity. For example you need to retrieve a bill info, simply write PHP AGI script for connecting the current call with your database. that's it. let me know if I suggest the wrong meaning.

To my mind plan to solve this problem is: 1) Searching info about problem theory 2) Expand test env on test virtual machine 3)Try to solve this problem on test env 4) Try to solve problem on prod env I found information on how to connect Asterisk to SQL Sever on CentOS 6 and I already downloaded CentOS 7 to try do this on this version of CentOS.
