Aws Amazon Setup

I need a simple task, and have someone with better experience than me on AWS services to setup a stable network for my services on AWS. The project: I am developing alone a large Project. It is a Joomla site where users will store and sell their photos. What I need: Setup Amazon Web services for a confident use with no issues or ‘child’ basic errors that could loose files, have security holes, etc. For someone experienced, not hard or time consuming. I believe its is a small and fast job. The tasks: a) Setup and mount web servers structure on elasticbenstalk . From minimum of 1 and unlimited number of servers (in true, I believe I will never need more than 6 or 8 servers. Micro T2 I believe are quite good for my application. b) Setup an elastic file system (in true, I have already set it up, but I am not sure if it is really Ok) c) Setup EC2 instances which must connect automatically to EFS when automatically lauched. d) Photo files will be stored on S3, and I have already created all buckets. e) Some system files of Joomla (deployed application) will be recorded on EFS, and so it must work as a local file system for all instances (active or automatically started). f) Setup periodical backups for S3 files, application, Mysql and EFS, since I can’t loose any customer’s data or files. g) Setup ssl certificate for website. h) Setup security groups, in order I stop using my main account credentials for everything. That’s all. Notes: item a) linux machines + php7.1. My MySql database is already setup and running fine (with live data) on RDS.
