Prepare and file a patent

HI, I am a U.S. patent attorney and I can file your application in the U.S. as well as designate myself as your patent attorney here. My bid includes a review of your specification, claims and drawings and the preparation of the documents needed for the filing here in the US. If there are any simple changes needed to be made, I am happy to do those. If you need substantive revisions, I would be happy to discuss the time and cost involved. I can also file a PCT patent application for you designating the EU and other countries or jurisdictions so long as your application was filed less than one year ago. What is your filing date and where did you file it? If the PCT is not suitable or available for you, I have associates in the EU that can file the US application with few few modifications to get you patent pending there. The same goes for Australia where you can also file directly yourself electronically. Any filing fees (or foreign associate fees) would be paid directly to the Patent office / foreign counsel.
