I sell on amazon Canada and lately amazon started removing some of my listings (single edge barber razors) stating that: This product has been identified as folding knife or similar product that is prohibited by the Canada Border Services Agency. With the exception of certain multitools and bladed tools designed for art or gardening, folding knives are not permitted on Amazon.ca.
The items I sell is clearly for shaving and not a weapon but amazon bots don't see the difference. I appealed and they referred me to contact Canada Border Services Agency.

I prefer someone with amazon experience. An appeal must be made to amazon, revisions and escalations if the appeal is denied, and a letter of argument to Amazon's legal department! Please refrain from contacting me if you never dealt with amazon as you'll be wasting your time and mine.
