Find me some Leads

I am a webdesitner in State New York Borough Queens City Richmond Hill Queens I want someone who can find me any of the following. I am very close with many business owners. I want to expand and meet some of these people, even call them or have maybe a worker call them and setup meetings and such. I am also interested in maybe if someone can find new businesses that opened up in my area. I have an extensive nightclub/nightlife portfolio, auto portfolio if I can get leads for these people this will help. Bad and old websites. If we can have a list of clients who have old websites this can even help with phone numbers, I can always pitch to give them a new website.
