We are building resturant and need a landscape architect to design the landscape around the building. The building is in an area that has a architectural review committee and county overlays as to what the landscape needs to look like. The landscape architect must be able to review the overlays that are required and be able to give us a plan that meets the requirements. We will provide a site plan, community requirements for landscaping and our direction...it will be the landscape architects job to provide entire plan with discription of all trees and plants being used. The property is in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082

Looking at the project brief a Low level planting would be required with a blend of shrubs and ground covers and because of the type of space it would require that the look and feel should be tropical Relevant Skills and Experience Knowledge of plants uses and care as well as adequate knowledge of planting methods and design to suite allocated spaces and openings.
