Microsoft Flow HTTP Request SharePoint Retrieve All subsite details and save them to a SharePoint List

Only apply if you can do this today. I have a SharePoint HTTP call working in Flow which gets all subsites; however the response body is a massive file - Ideally I need to extract the site URL, site name and site description and save those into a SharePoint list. I suspect parse JSON would do the trick but i don't know this code.
