Tailor Shop ordering (2 website and 2 Mobile app) App development

My project is creating a system that gives service to tailor shops. How it works When a customer walking to the store the app on their phone will send a notification that they are near or around our tailer shop. when they swipe to right it would give them access to pick items on Customer App (App B) right away. The employee of the shop can confirm customer arrival and make changes to orders if necessary on (App A/front employee user). The Backroom stock guys once they are ready to pick up the order from the shelves they confirm they got the order on (App A/Stock guys user). once all the orders are ready in stock room for pick up they confirm items are ready on (App A/Stock guys user), then front employee receive notification on (App A/front employee user) to pick it up from stock [login to view URL] once customer wants to checkout they press the checkout button and front employee will print their order from (App A/front employee user). We don’t do check out payment now but we will add later as this project is an on going project. Customer are able to give rate for shop service and product and its all visible to any customer that walks into that shop. What are the elements A)Main control panel in website platform to over control the organization. Manage, add or terminate shops, and receive or create different reports, also make changes, edit each shops control panel template, which is for the manager of the shop to use. B)Each shop would have their own control panel access for shop manager to add product and service and make changes. Add or terminate user access (employee), Create reports of best seller items and employee timing of processing each order. C)iOs & Android for mobile and iPad devices. this app has two sets of user log in. 1) for front employee dealing with customers 2)for stock room guys to confirm orders. D)iOs & Android for mobile with all devices screen adjustibility for customer. User login with facebook. they have their own profile and can see their previous order and have list of updated product list from the shop to order now. **The Two app C&D should be able to integrate with each other.
