Javascript Web player for H264 and H265 m3u8 live streams

You will receive a live video stream link which will be in form of an http API. This API will return a cctv camera video stream in form of m3u8. But some streams are in H264 codec and some in H265. The API link video stream runs smoothly on players like VLC and KMPlayer which supports most codecs.
So, our requirement is an html that will have a player which can play the m3u8 live video stream on all modern browsers (Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Edge). Please send a message for the stream link.
Note: We have already tested many javascript libraries and most of them doesnot work for H265 codec.
