Hi, the budget is about create the app with ionic, and build it to android and IOS and test it. I already build some apps similar, which use the API to login the user and get the data for each view, or post it if it's a form. If you are going to need notifications we'll need to study it, and depends on which kind of notifications do you need, we maybe have to adapt the budget, but for the moment, it's okay. If you already have the design of the app, and the API is also ready, I could finish it in less than 30 days, all depends on the number of views and the complexity of them, but shouldn't be too complex, is better to use more little views in mobile apps. I have worked on creating the Ionic app which will call the endpoints to get the data(list and the details of items) from the endpoints . The technologies that needed to get this work done are AngularJS,HTMl5,css3. 1. Angular JS (MVC pattern) which will give facility to create controllers to controller the flow of views and services to interact with remote Endpoints(which are RESTfull webservices). we can use directives and filters for common functionality in the front-end. 2. HTML5 in conjunction with Ionic elements to get the app done . 3. CSS3 will be for the app styling.
