Help me show markers with high performance in leaflet

I am having CircleMarkers in leaflet.(10k approximatelly). I used CircleMarker instead of the original Marker because their performance is better. After that, I no more have the option to pass my own icon to CircleMarker which leads me to " I can't change circle marker with my own image". I am looking for experienced freelancers with the leaflet skills in high performance. Just do me the favor and type "nicegio" so that I know you've read what I've written
