Gmail Addon to Generate MS-Word files from mail content and Download

1. From Inbox, click on a mail and go to “more tab” to invoke the mail menu

2. New menu items “GENERATE & DOWNLOAD” & “VALIDATE” would be

present

3. On clicking the “VALIDATE” menu item, check if the mail contents are

adhering to a defined format and if all the REQUIRED KEYWORDS are present

4. On clicking the “GENERATE & DOWNLOAD” menu item,Generate 2 word documents

Based on a predefined template for each of those and KEYWORDS from the mail (Formatting needs to be adhered)

5. Download the 2 ms-word documents

6. Document name will also be based on a KEYWORD in the mail content
