Title: Web Portal –Web Application development for real estate –Property (Selling and Buying) Requirement Objective: Design and Develop web application for real estate property using ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL [login to view URL] successful login, Owners of the Property can upload their property details with images and viewers can view the property details. Details: Owner of the property could provide the following details as 1. Contact details 2. Address details 3. Property details 4. Price 5. Images of Property 6. Year of the Property 7. Property status Users/Viewers can search the property by providing the property type, Price, locality/Area/State. In this Project Only Selling and Buying of Property to be completed. Rent of the property would be developed in phase II of Project. (Not in this requirement) Only Owners can upload their Property details make check point to assure he is the owner and Agents are not allowed. Owners can edit the Property details after successful login. Once the property is loaded, the same could be viewed by the viewers if the viewer wants to see more details of property, the viewer need to login and provide his contact details. After successful login viewer can able to see more details and contact details of owner. The Admin can have control over the web application. The Admin can restrict the owner/ viewer access of the Web Application. Admin can disclose and conceal the property details. Before viewing the property Admin has to view the property details and images and has to give approval of the property. Only the approved property should be displayed in the application. Also admin can make the status of the property as 1. Available 2. Viewed,(No of views) 3. Contacted (No of contacts) 4. Sold 5. Is Active (Reason mentioned) etc… 6. Is Approved Admin can see the number of users using the application. Property Types 1. House 2. Apartment 3. Land 4. Flat 5. Plot 6. Shop 7. Warehouse 8. Agriculture land 9. Hotels 10. Office/ Industry 11. Farmhouse etc… Property Status 1. Newly constructed 2. Under construction 3. Fertilizing land etc... Contact Details 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. DOB 4. ID Proof details 5. Ownership details 6. Mobile Phone No 7. EmailId Address Details 1. DoorNo 2. FloorNo 3. ApartmentName 4. Address1 5. Adderss2 6. Area 7. Landmark 8. Location 9. City 10. State 11. Country 12. Pincode Price details 1. Price of Property 2. Price by unit 3. Total Price 4. Expecting Max price 5. Expecting Min Price This application need to be developed using ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript and database in SQL Server. Need Proper validation of input data. The above Property Types, Details are given as sample purpose. Could be modified or added more if needed. Better if flowchart is provided. Provide all the config settings details like connection string etc... The Project need to fulfill the requirements and all the project related pages, html files, classes, JavaScript files, config files with designing and coding along with Database scripts (like create tables, Insert /Update statements etc…) to be given. Using these files the web application need to be created and tested. Need the particulars of Time required for completing this [login to view URL] it is successfully completed , further projects could be allotted.
