Convert JS file to JAR file. SIMPLE PROJECT

I want any freelancer who can implement/convert this JS file functions and deliver a compiled JAR file. You need to Deliver source code of project with JAR file as well. P.S. This jar file will be used as a library file in other project, so you will need to configure your JAR file that when we reference the JAR file to other project, and call the function it should work.
