In [login to view URL], I need to make a gauge chart (speed-o-meter). I already have a partial gauge charts, but I need the "needle" to look like a real needle, instead of the angle one that I have now, (see image). The needle needs to animate in the beginning, all the way to the designated value on the gauge (one specific value). Also, I need the custom text (numbers) displayed at the borders (so where green stops and yellow begins and where yellow stops and red begins. Tooltips have to be displayed for each parcel of the gauge and for the needle. If you show me result and it is as described, you can get the project for 15$.
