I have a Google Sheet that connects to a series of APIs. These are already connected and working however I need to:

-add a refresh button that will update API results

-update sheet at set intervals

- store results at set intervals

- set trigger to send an email or slack messege when certain conditions are met

- set trigger to log time when certain conditions are met

-set up some light conditional formatting
