539154 Style Drop Down Menu

Hi, i need someone to fix the styling on the drop down menu on my form. The drop down menu does not show correctly in google chrome (mac) or safari (mac) or IE7 (PC) (there seems to be a padding issue) HOWEVER it shows fine in firefox (pc) and firefox (mac) I have attached screenshots of the problem and the site files are attached. I need someone to fix this simple drop down. This is an easy job for someone with the right skills so please bid sensibly...
