Joomla 1.5 template conversion to joomla 3.3 - repost

I need to convert my joomla 1.5 template into joomla 2.5 - 3.2 latest joomla cms version. The former joomla coder did instal joomla with template but not the quiqkstart fully loaded (check it here [login to view URL] ) the modules and links should look like on original website here where the full templateplazza quickstart template is showing like in my demo here below. I need in this case the full templateplazza [login to view URL] joomla 1.5 compatible with latest joomla 3.2 version with all the modules dummy content from the quiqkstart templateplazza zip files. My Joomla version 1.5 domain search whois templateplazza component needs also to be upgrade to its latest version of joomla 3.3, as far as other components that are not compatible with joomla 3.3 will be provided to you. My joomla template has 6 layout Design Variation that need to be converted as well.
