Need 2 pages added to existing site - 1) YouTube \"grid\" of our Channel\'s Videos and 2) Tool to build the page

We have an existing site that needs 2 additions. We are looking for a developer to work with us to build a YouTube video page, and the tools to manage the page and the video order. Our tool-set is currently using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Bootstrap, etc. We are looking for someone to handle the design and HTML code, and we will translate and implement the site and the tool to our site's backend. Here's what we need: 1) A simple, grid-like page that showcases our company's YouTube videos. We release weekly Free videos via YouTube, but would like these videos also embedded on our site. The videos should be centered and spaced 3-across, infinite below. Please see the following site for a similar layout of what we're looking for: [login to view URL] Similar to the above site, we'd like to see the page "start" and load the thumbnails of the first 15 videos, then as the visitor scrolls down - the next 15 would show on screen, and so-on and so-on until the bottom of the page is reached. Please see the attached image - [login to view URL] for the basic idea. 2) The tools page will only be accessible to site admins (we can control permissions on our end) but will be a very simple layout with a handful of functions. The goal of this page is to populate the video page and rebuild it / edit it as new videos are added. The page should also be "saved" upon Commit, and responsive. After deleting 1 video from the list, the videos linked below the list should auto-populated the previous slots in both the list and on the video page. Please see the attached screenshot - ToolsPageSample.jpg. ((Please excuse my horrible attempts at Web Design ;)) But the tools should be fairly clear. The admins should be able to insert the Video Names, the YouTube URL, or Delete a video and have the table re-organize. The #1 video should appear as the Top-Left-Most video on the site, and the videos are ordered left-to-right as such: 1,2,3 4,5,6 7,8,9 etc. There should also be a field at the bottom to "add" 3 more lines, allowing us to add an infinite amount of videos to this page. Clean, concise markups and guidelines will be expected. Since you won't have access to "final" code for our site, it will be expected that you clearly callout the fields and instructions for us to replace for our site's URLs so that the two systems properly "talk" to each other. We should be able to easily integrate this page and tool into our site's backend.
