I bought here on Flancer a desktop JAVA pgm that reads JPG images and recognizes OMR marks on them, providing a Plain Text file (.TXT) as Output . It is based on UDAI solution for OMR recognition. It works almost fine, but in some cases it does not detects some marks, giving me a BLANK result instead a expected A,B,C,D,or E corresponding to a VALID, PROPERLY FILLED mark on a VALID, properly scanned form. I have a simple solution to deal with it but......SURPRISE !! Java is not my cup of tea..... and original coder vanished a year ago, before we detect the problem. :(( So, the goal is to alter provided source code in order to achieve at least 99.5 % acuracy.

OCR programs are document recognition, car plate recognition, container number recognition, meter recognition and car ocr and so on. Secondly, i am object detection expert. Especially, we have electron policy system(car detection and recognition, lane detection, signal lamp detection ...).
