Program to insert JSON data into database

I have a 100 JSON files, each approximately 400MB in size, that contain data that I need inserted into a database. The database platform I am using is the Neo4j graph database community edition (free). A sample of the JSON files can be found here: [login to view URL] I can upload more if you need them. They all contain the same type of data with the same fields; they're each part of the same large data set. The program should allow me to input a folder location where the JSON files are located (e.g. C:\MyData), read each one, and create a node in the Neo4j database for each entry, with each field found the JSON as properties of the node. Where there are nested fields in the JSON, create a new property for the node with each of the nested values. You can use .NET or Java to accomplish this; I'm happy using either. I do ask that if you use Java, you use Eclipse as your IDE so that it's easier for me to import the project. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for bidding!
