GEOCOUNTS is a data standard established by Transmetric America to manage traffic data. We're looking for a Java developer to create a tool/script that will enable us to convert raw spreadsheet traffic data into the GEOCOUNTS format without the need for Java coding by the end user. Information on the GEOCOUNTS format can be found at [login to view URL] The tool will need to be either comprehensive, or easily adaptable for use in multiple projects and with multiple raw data sets. Experience with the GEOCOUNTS format is a plus. If you have not worked with the GEOCOUNTS format in the past, please be at least familiar with the format and its specifications.
