glassfish error printing

Hello,

The problem is: The glassfish If I run it from the command line it works fine with no issue at all and print the jasper report because I am sending the report dirctly to the printer to print it out without showing it. However, If I run the glassfish server from windows service like "create-service", then the server show this error " cannot found print service".
