Build me a java class using LibGdx

I need a java class called VirtualPhone which will be a LibGDX Actor, can be an extended Table, Group, or Actor, (as long as I can put this in a Stage its okay) this class will display a virtual cellphone screen with the apps installed like so [login to view URL](App); this App Class is just a Table but with a Drawable named icon, so you can display the app icons in the VirtualPhone screen. When an icon is touched it must launch the App, which is just a Table and display it within the VirtualPhone screen size

VirtualPhone must resize when called [login to view URL]() or setHeight(), along with the icons

*[login to view URL](Orientation)// will set the screen orientation, this will change the orientation of the screen, LANDSCAPE or PORTRAIT, im not sure how to go about this , if rotating the whole VirtualPhone and Apps or inverting the width and height, message me with the one you think Its a better approach

When long press an icon you can move its app icon and name around the VirtualPhone screen, just like you would move an app in an android.

When the VirtualPhone is dragged it must show the next or prev page, just like an Android OS

When the Screen is long pressed, it must show an option to add or remove pages
