Vivox for unreal engine project

hello, I need for you to implement Vivox or any good way to make my game have voice chat that already hosted by GameLift , also I need it to be a 3d voice communication. my target : iOS my server : linux on game lift my project use multiplayer with blueprint system plugin from market place . I prefer to use GameLift if its cheaper this way , also my target player in Middle East -Amer
