iOS app - open links in safari or chrome

I am looking for an iOS App that can compile up to iOS 9 that does the following: 1. When you share a specific link ([login to view URL]) in Facebook, Twitter, or any of the social media apps, do NOT load the in-app browser. 2. Open the app which will check if Safari or Chrome is installed; if one is installed, open the shared URL in either Safari or Chrome 3. If neither are installed, alert the user that the user must install Safari or Chrome. Basically: click link, open in safari or chrome (not native browsers).
