Simply, our app will cover three main categories: 1- People Routed Delivery Taxi such as Uber. App. 2- Packages Tracked Delivery, and 3- Food delivery such as Uber Eats Concept. Projects Phases: 1- The First phase, we will start only on People, Packages GPS Tracked Delivery (TaxI) using drivers own cars based on shared revenue. Covering trips within same region/ city. 2- Second, phase, we will start People, Packages GPS Tracked Delivery (TaxI) using our own cars and company hired drives salary based and incentive based. Covering trips within same region/ city. Travel from city to city. 3- the Third Phase, we will add GPS tracked food delivery service. Project Location: The project location will start in an Arab Country (we will share later) then it will expand in other Arabian Countries and the Middle East. Description: 1- A briefed feasibility study is required to implement a delivery application similar to the Careem and Uber application in Saudi Arabia. 2- We require the feasibility study structure outline (ToC), an introduction from the first day. 3- Financial analysis, estimates, expected revenue, operational expense, cash flow all will be left empty pages with titles, empty illustrative charts, ready to be edited and filled by the project owner (my side) and should be considered in outline and ToC. So no financial headaches requested from you. 4- Organizational Chart to be added project owner but to be considered in outline, title to empty pages to be added by us later. 5- SWOT Analysis, marketing studies, technical studies illustrative charts to be included. 6- A briefed simple project implementation plan is required to be included in the feasibility study. 7- Applicants must have already done similar studies before. 8- All remaining part of a professional briefed feasibility study to be covered by the writer. 9- All references and sources must be mentioned clearly. 10- Cover page and design should be handsome and professional. 11- Note that Study required within 5 days. 12- NDA will be signed, and you are not allowed to share the study information even as a draft with anyone. 13- As required is brief study it should not be between 20 to 30 pages only.
