Create a Pothole Reporting App for iOS

The app should be for drivers, and the main page will have a map. The user will have the ability to click a button that says "Pothole Here" when they pass a pothole in the road. The reported potholes will make up a list, and the most reported ones will be at the top of the list, while the ones with fewer reports will be at the bottom. The city that you are in will be notified of the potholes and will have access to this list. A user will only be able to report the same pothole once to prevent spam.
