Build me a multi-vendor app mobile

Multi-vendors mobile app: This app will include the restaurants in KSA and will be merged between the food order apps & restaurants guide (include directions, contact, closing, opening, delivery availability,etc.) and social media services (follow friends and subscribe with restaurants pages). In addition, to follow his friends who are using this app. • by mobile No., suggest user to follow his friends who are using this app via contacts. • at all ways: suggest user to follow 10 vendors to complete registration, at least 5. - Feature of EXPLORE like Instagram ( where people can see images randomly uploaded by the vendor ) - People can search food by food name or vendors listing. When user search by the food name he will get the list of vendors who serving that food item - Super admin can see his register vendor in map. The all vendors will be pinned up on the map. User can directly open the map and check it. - Super admin can charge vendor on percentage basis on total billing. Membership packages for the vendors to subscribe in to start business. - Needed creative home page where he can promote the food vendors.
