Capture and rename a list of images from eBay store

The project consists of grabbing pictures from the internet and re-naming them. The pictures would come from my ebay store ([login to view URL]) or from eBay directly and a list of the items is attached. All that needs to be done is the images need to be pulled by eBay ID and re-named to the custom label associated with that eBay ID. For items with just a single image, "-1" needs to be added to the custom label: [custom label]-1. For cases with multiple images, they need to be named [custom label]-1, [custom label]-2, etc. There are 268 different items and approximately 1/2 or so of them have multiple images. Also included in the attached list are item titles and prices for cross-reference.
