Outbound Email Campaign - Send cold emails to our potential customers

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of converting cold email leads into sales in the B2B space and someone who has personally sent at least 2000 customized emails to potential customers. If that sounds like you then please read on... We are currently mining about 10-15 companies a day that we want to market to via email marketing. We need your help to begin an outreach campaign to these companies so that we can qualify them as a good fit for our sales team to follow up with. The current process is as follows: 1) We mine the companies we want to reach out to and put them in a spreadsheet 2) We use tools and linked in to identify the person we wish to contact and guess their email address 3) We send a highly personalized email, including news or details from their website in the email, this is very important we don't want to send bulk generic emails. The goal of the first email (which you would be managing) is to get their permission to send them more information, which will lead to a conversation with a salesperson and then eventually to a phone conversation or demo and then a sale. Our current list is 500 companies, and we add 10-15 a day so we are looking for someone to send about 20 emails a day 5 days a week. It currently takes us about 7 minutes per email since we do alot of research to include in each email and sometimes we get the email wrong the first time and have to try a few combinations like fname@[login to view URL] then [login to view URL]@[login to view URL] etc. When you bid please speak to your experience with email marketing specifically, we are looking for quality over quantity on this project.
