Looking for Google Adwords expert with US Telecom industry domain experience

We are a US based telecommunication sales campaign provider company and now we are planning to have our own call center and need a Google AdWords expert to help us bring in inbound sale lead calls. We are looking for someone who has experience in generating inbound calls via Google AdWords for call centers focusing on telecom sales industry. Currently we will only be focusing on selling Charter/ Spectrum cable, internet and phone services.
