Help me with Internet Marketing

I am Cici Teng from China. This is my first time to log in here and try to find some help from an expert. I'd like to share with you more about myself first.
Years ago, I worked as a headhunter, having no idea we have options to get an income rather than a fixed 9-6 job.
Then one-year living in New Zealand gave me a chance to get access to more English websites (Google, Facebook, Youtube, all those websites were not available here in China), which led me get to know online marketing, affiliates and so on. (Now I can get access through VPN, so not a problem)
Thrilled by its creativity and efficiency, I started to learn more. But then I realized it requires loads of skills and professions. None of my surroundings know how to run a biz online. We might use some local social media to promote our products but the outcome was poor. My team is only capable of running it in a quite traditional way---which is off-line, face to face workshop, etc.
So I am wondering if it possible to ask you for help here on Upwork, to help me promote the sales online.
My team are running an affiliate program together, which is a global youth enhancement company from US, with skin care and nutritional products available in over 140 countries. (This is my link: [login to view URL])
The success of this biz depends on two points. One is to find more new distributors. The other is to sell more. Currently our focus would be the first one. Because it’s a really profitable affiliate and we hope to share it with more people who are looking forward to a good online biz. I’ll attach more info about the background and rewards plan, so that you would be clear about this whole pic.
But sure, since I am not an expert in online marketing, probably you would have the judgement which point is easier to accomplish.
I don’t know if you ever did any similar projects before. (If possible, will you pls share some of your experience?)
Can you help me to find a way to make it online, attracting new distributors to sigh up through my link? I've no idea about where to start, the workload and the length. Could you pls give me more clues? So that I’ll know if I could afford to hire you. Besides, how can we make sure of the results in the end?
