I’m a webmaster who owns a number of websites that I rent to businesses that want leads. I’m looking for full range of internet marketing services, from new website development, to full SEO/PPC campaigns of the website. Here is an example of what I do, if I have a dentist website that has 100 LOCAL visitors per month, I find a LOCAL dentist who wants to rent the website for a fixed monthly price, the dentist will then get 100 leads for this price. It is important the website gets visitors targeted to the correct location so the leads are local for the client. So I will also need assistance with finding clients who want to rent the websites from me. In summary I need: New website development SEO of new websites PPC for new websites Email marketing Autoresponder use Generating appropriate clients who want to rent the websites from me Depending on performance I will need 30-60 hours per week but at the start it will be lower

Hey, I'm an agency that specifically caters for what you do. I can do the full stack including showing you how to do it and how to get your clients. So just so you know, it's very hard to find a web developer who understands what is needed for a website optimised for SEO, let alone the actual SEO.
