SEO strategy and marketing plan. NO on-page and Off-page SEO!

We are a starting-up tours and activities broker based in South Asia. The web site is TO BE DEVELOPED SOON. (So it means I don’t want to know about on-page and Off-page SEO packages and please DON’T APPLY if you are not able to build a strategy for the point below or don’t have any experience in such a thing.) We offer tours and activities for inbound tourists. We are offering more than 150 tours and 70+ activities in different categories. We need to attract any prospective internet users who are researching about our destination for tour packages and activities and convert them into potential leads. We are looking for an expert in SEO and internet marketing to help us assist to build a realistic, long-term, measurable and effective internet marketing strategy. The project will essentially include following major phases. 1. Internet market opportunity analysis for the targeted markets and keyword analysis. 2. Competitor analysis and study 3. Technical strategy ( link structure, SEO friendly architecture building) 4. Content writing strategy 5. Off page strategy We are looking someone who has great deal of internet marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry who is also an expert in technicalities involved. There are two key product areas that need to be marketed. After the initial market analysis and opportunity discovery, we'd require realistic SEO goals to be set and a CLEAR PLAN laid out to tell us how we can achieve those goals. Whether it is a ranking for a one keyword or ranking for the main page, we'll need rough time lines to tell us when we can achieve that. The SEO expert should also be able to guide the content strategy purely aiming at boosting ranking for the individual page and the web site as a whole. How the content needed to be created and handled to be consulted with. The site will target major global multi-lingual markets so the SEO expert must be able to build the whole strategy around that. Whether it is buying old domains or having geo-specific Sub-domains, the SEO expert must be able to strategies accordingly. The SEO expert must also set pre-development specifications inline with the SEO strategy in place. (This will include tasks such as setting the right link structure, setting up seo friendly page structures to be built, etc…) To detail the job, The SEO expert must first understand the business and the requirements. Then he /she needs to conduct extensive market analysis that includes keywords research, competitive analysis and market opportunity discovery for the 2 related niches in 10 different major countries/markets (Mainly for google and geo-specific search providers for some markets). Once we can fully understand what the markets are like and what opportunities exist in those markets, SEO expert must come up with technical / content / marketing strategies to build SEO friendly site, plan for rankings, implement the design and achieve calculated ratings. You'll also be able to implement google analytics, monitor, report and continually improve rankings. SEO expert does not need to create any content as we have content writers. You just need to guide them with right keywords and structures. Send us your complete proposal. Include a description of what you can do for us and what you have done for others. After the initial phase, there will be ongoing work in maintaining online reputation and ranking health.
