I NEED 35 SIGNUPS PER WEEK FOR ADULT SITE, FREE, NEED CC

I am looking for someone who has experience in getting paid sign ups/leads. The program you will market is an adult webcam site through a link n my main adult page. They need to all be unique ip addresses and can come from different countries. I will provide the list of countries to the winner. I need at least 35 sign ups per week. The adult dating/cam site is free to join, however the sign up needs to put in a credit card in order for it to count as a lead. But the user does not have to buy anything.
