We are currently doing photoreal cgi animations for a german TV Documentary about a famous german engineer. Now we are also asked to produce 2D / 2.5D animated drawings/paintings. In order to get the job we would need to pitch a first scene first. The subject of drawing would be historic ships and airplanes. For the pitch we would need an animated drawn airplane on a short notice. If the client is satisfied, you or your company would get the job for all scenes. Please note that the budget menitoned is for the complete project. For the pitch (I don't receive money for it), I could offer 100€.
