Hi, with funding secured and the prototype completed we're looking in the next few months to commission concept artists for recurring work. There are clear design goals and parameters to work within and were happy to have a back and forth discussion and iteration to achieve our goals. We're Sydney based and have a small team, the project length is 12 months. You set your pay and we'll respect it. Depending on the work we may offer hourly or per piece payment, please understand we do work on a small companies budget. We respect artists enough to not offer you % revenue or credit/exposure as payment. The fundamentals are: Low poly, atmospheric, light shading & flat shading combination. We're using colourful characters set to a contrasting coloured backgrounds. The characters require an artist who has a good understanding of silhouettes and working within a limited colour pallet.
