Illustrate/animate a landscape for a game

We need an animated illustration created for a game. The game is all about how to combat flooding and the water management measurements that can be introduced to a landscape. Max budget £2000 The animations for each task and the river flooding can be created as movie files and layered in the game. The animation/illustrations will need to be produced at 1920x1080 pixels. The game will start with a rainstorm flooding the landscape. You will then be challenged to help fix the flooding by doing a certain number of tasks: 1. Riparian tree planting 2. Home 3. Farming 4. Engineered log jams 5. Peat dams on bogs 6. Stone leaky sediment traps 7. Kerplunk woody debris 8. Wooden leaky dams 9. Cross drains on tracks and country roads Each task will need to stand out on the map through. The player will get the choice of 3 options of how to complete their task. Once they have selected the correct option that task will be animated and the water level in the landscape will reduce. By the end of the 9th task the landscape will not be flooded. We want a landscape based upon the attached map which shows a river, village / hamlet, market town and 9 water management events. Important features to include in the landscape · the rolling, open hills at the top of the catchment · with peat bogs on any flat hill tops or stream watershed · heather moorland on steeper slopes in the very upper catchment · some area(s) of plantation forestry (you can see some on the OS map), showing conifer and broadleaf woodland · mountain streams and burns · farms dotted about – mostly sheep farms (no arable at all here, some fields in the valley bottoms are hay meadows) – farms have a track or a country road leading to them · lower down a village / hamlet (population 100), during a flood the river backs up to the village in spate, · rural tracks and country roads (these can be almost anywhere in the landscape), · the basic shape of the river in the flood plain, (the floodplain area) · the market town in the lower catchment (population 2000) The water management features: · peat dams on bogs – always at the top of the catchment, the watershed (or small flat areas half way down a rolling hill) · stone leaky sediment traps – at the point where a peat bog turns into heather moorland · wooden leaky dams – upland streams – work well in combination with riparian trees · kerplunk woody debris – in areas of forestry (it depends which of the forestry areas from Coquetdale you decide to ‘draw’, some are higher up the catchment than others, but the kerplunk features have to be in the forest, in a stream) · cross drains on tracks and country roads – these can be almost anywhere in the mid-lower catchment · ‘on the farm’ measures – although farms can be dotted about · riparian tree planting – this can be almost anywhere in the landscape, next to flatter bits of stream or river, or flashy upland stream is also possible, long and thin woodlands, broadleaf trees · engineered log jams – in the floodplain area, sort of between the village and the market town? In the middle of the river · ‘home’ measures – this will be the village and the market town
