CNA Training Apple and Android Apps

We need an app to sell in the App Store for Apple that has a free version with limited access and a paid version that gets unlocked access. The app should be simple for our V1 version: Make classes available just like they are on the website - go ahead and try the site, I am not going to write a manual here about what the site does, go and look and then propose. I also need android versions of the app to work in the same way. I need guidance to get the apps in to the stores properly and made available to my audience. The apps will simply quiz the user on content after they review the content. The content is in a database on the Internet. I can work out testing method with you. I need guidance on what version of android to use. The proposal should include design of the app including screen shots. Include the ability to keep track of your scores across the tests which is available on the website but only as long as your cookie stays active. I look forward to your proposals.
