I need to create an android application for reading e-books (pdf or png, jpeg). Users have to buy these ebooks and it will be downloaded on their android tablet, or ipad. Payment will be done via in app billing. The application needs to have a local library for users to select their stored books and an online library to select their books for download. Second version of the project will be same project but on ios (ipad) OS.
