• Plans and coordinates all aspects of Implementation/Support projects from initiation through delivery
• Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules and deliverables • Works closely with stakeholders to drive implementations and ensure the smooth solution; identifies, documents and implements change requests that result in new projects such as customized reports and dashboards, client systems, the addition of new business units, new product functionality
• Works with client and internal teams to develop documentation for a given project including scope, requirements; may assist in the development of use cases, test cases and training needs, as necessary, for all project assignments
• Explains requirement and activities to offshore project team members and review their deliverables
• Interacts with Onsite Teams (Implementation Manager, Sales, Product Development and offshore teams (Implementation, Cross-functional teams, Service delivery and others) during Project lifecycle
• Identifies, tracks and manages project level risks, activities and issues. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
