Web developer needed to help convert our existing website to Hugo

Project Background - We want to convert our existing WordPress homepage to Hugo, a static site generator. We have already build up the underlying base (homepage, navbar, and footer. Also, we were able to create a template for the 3 product pages we have.) - We are looking for a web developer that meets the requirements listed below Job Responsibilities - Complete all development tasks assigned by the project manager in a timely manner - Some of these tasks include: - Migrating all pages in the website including the blog posts - Converting existing sign up forms (we used Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin along with a customized PHP code to call SendGrid API) - Adding Google Analytics to the website - Helping in cleaning up unused CSS, files, or codes - Performing website testing (layout, font consistency, mailing list integration, cookies) - and other web development task needed - Ensure the website is responsive - Ensure coding and setup follows proper Hugo development standards and we are expecting you to write a well-designed and efficient code that is easy to modify in the future Job Requirements - Proven working experience with web development - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Javascript, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, Web UI/UX - Knowledge of Hugo - Proficiency using Git - Knows how to embed multiple signup forms to the Hugo website (preferred email marketing tool: SendGrid) (alternative email marketing tool: Mailterlite or Mailchimp) - Knows how to add Google Analytics to the website - Knows how to implement Cookie Notice to a website Other requirements: - Netlify CMS experience is a plus - Must be comfortable collaborating thru Slack (for communication) and Trello (for project management) Expected Project Duration: Less than 1 week (for 40 working hours/week) Compensation Details: Flat rate project and please send us your quote
