I would like to hire a Web Developer

Web development and designing (though, on the 'designer' end of things, I will be supplying all of the artwork—since I am a graphic artist) of a relatively simple website. I know what I want in terms of art. In fact, I will supply ALL of the art for every aspect of the website. What I am looking for are a good web developer (backend) and web designer (frontend) people. Perhaps a team, husband & wife team, or otherwise. I want a team to put up the website for me. And then, I would have this team maintain the site for me, with me paying them additionally for occasional maintenance, or add-ons, when and as needed. I will need a payment and payment/order confirmation unit/package, added. Please 'pepper' me with questions you may have on what I will want (in more detail) before you bid. The service will (initially) be one offering a service to companies in the promotional product business (the industry that 'imprints' and sells customized products for advertising purposes - like customized calendars, pens, apparel (shirts, jackets, hoodies, etc), purse & pocket items, car items, household items, office & desk items, outdoor recreational items — all of which are usually 'imprinted' or embellished (like being embroidered, engraved, foil hotstamped, etc) with a logo, company name, message, etc - commonly often called "swag" items/stuff, in today's lingo! I am looking for someone who can understand easily what I am asking for, and who can, in turn, communicate back to be precisely and concisely,, any questions they have for me, and their understanding of what I am requesting. I want people who are proficient (already) in web development and design, and are not 'newbies', or beginners (everyone has to start as a beginner sometime — but, I am coming here, to find someone with more professional skills in this area than I have). I am in the USA, in Utah. My time here is Mountain Time (2 hours behind or after Eastern Time [like New York], and 1 hour ahead of or before Pacific Time [like California]). I also want people who have an opinion of their own, and are not afraid to tell me (honestly) what they think. And, I will ask for that opinion now and again.
