Wordpress real estate website ifindrental.com. How it works. Users/property owners login and add their listings, Visitors/property seekers brows listings and can contact publisher. I am looking for a wordpress specialist that can do the following. - Monitor and optimize page speed performance to meet a target of 1.4s on loading time, reduce page size at all time to be below 500KB and average number of equest to 50 max. Run speed test and optimize all that is needed to meet our target. - Site need to be at all time responsive. No loading timeout, No page not responding. because we turn to get this a lot as more users and visitors interact on the site. Possible a continues contract.

Load time 5.28 s Page size 1.6 MB Requests 104 This is your current site status i can reach what you want and more but it doesn't work as listed or i will affect the site quality to make it faster. I will take a look to every request and see what i can get red of and will optimize all images and merge all JS and CSS as i can to make the site much faster. Aymaan

Hi, Target load time of 1.4 seconds for iFindRental is quite ambitious actually. If my observations are correct , there is something wrong with the website code that holds up the website from downloading for almost 25 seconds. I'm running a few tests at the moment and would then advise you a realistic fix and timeline. We should possibly take this in stages if you agree. I'm happy to answer any queries that you may have.
