Custom Web Video PLayer : Click a smaller video to enlarge and zoom into video

This project is a part of a video inspection project where we have multiple angles of an object in video and we want the user to navigate and zoom into frames of each movie separately. I have an example site up using [login to view URL] with multiple movies sync'd (3 movies) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like a user to be able to click on one of the movies and have the movie enlarge while staying at the same place in the playhead. Then return and have any movement in the single video effect the multi video page. The user can then zoom into the movie. Then when returning back to the multiple video page, the frame will still be the same. Required skills: Javascript HTML CSS JQuery Web Video HTML 5
