I've hit the upwards limits of my CSS skills. You might be able to save me a few days Edit: As depicted in the images, 4 changes needed: 1. Make the links area more prominent (larger more catchy font, better spacing) 2. Make the background of one div translucent 3. Mouse-over image change (image to be provided) 4. Mobile hamburger menu so that main image fits neatly into the scene Notes: 1) This should use the default jQuery / Bootstrap that comes with Joomla3x 2) I can provide the template if needed Deliverables 1) Adjusted .css file or new .css file that can be added
